Co-Founder & Partner

Clark is our Co-Founder and Partner with 25+ years of accounting and finance experience as well as a small business owner. In addition to his business endeavors, Clark is active in his local church, enjoys all sports and time with his wife, seven children, and nine grandchildren. He actively does mission work in Latin America and is fluent in Spanish.

Curt Paquette

Co-Founder & Partner

Curt is our Co-Founder and Partner with 30+ years of business experience as well as 20+ years of executive management. In addition to being active in his local church, Curt enjoys watching sports, playing pickleball, and reading. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and family, but especially his beautiful grandchildren.

Dona Gross

Manager

Dona holds the position of Manager and has almost 20 years experience in banking and lending. In her spare time, Dona enjoys hiking, running, and all things outdoors. She loves spending time with her husband, their daughter, and going to church together. In addition to reading a good book, Dona enjoys time with her dog and two cats.

Jackie Drake

Senior Associate

Jackie is a Senior Associate with 30+ years experience as a Controller specializing in the Construction Industry. Jackie splits her time between Wisconsin and Texas, and enjoys volunteering at both of her churches as well as acting as Treasurer for her property owners association. She and her husband have been blessed with 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Jackie’s favorite hobbies are travel and crochet, but she enjoys a wide range of activities and is never bored!

Brian Nagle

Associate

Brian is an Associate with 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is active in his local church, where he can sometimes be seen working the soundboard. Brian enjoys listening to classical music, reading and being outside in nature. He treasures his time with his wife and their daughter.
